TOWN PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION
SHIRE OF GINGIN TOWN PLANNING SCHEME NO. 8 – SCHEME AMENDMENT NO. 104

Notice is hereby given that the Local Government of the Shire of Gingin has prepared the abovementioned Scheme Amendment for the purpose of: 

• Rezoning a portion of Lot 7778 Wannamal Road South, Cullalla from “Rural” zone to “Special Use” zone for the purposes of: 

• Waste Management Facility for the Disposal, Recovery and Re-processing of Class II wastes and associated activities; and 

• Land Use Classes in accordance with Column 7 – Rural Zone of the Zoning Table. 

• Amending the scheme maps accordingly; and 

• Inserting additional provisions to Appendix 10 – Special Use Zone – provisions relating to specified areas – Special Use 3.

Alternatively, plans and documents have been deposited at the Shire’s Administration Centre, 7 Brockman Street, Gingin, Lancelin Sub-Office, Shop 1/107 Gingin Road, Lancelin and at the Western Australian Planning Commission, Perth, and will be open for inspection during Office Hours.

 Submissions on the Scheme Amendment may be made in writing on Form No. 4 (available Here) and lodged with the undersigned on or before 23 December 2009.
