Amendment No. 25 – Rezone the subject land from ‘General Rural – Uncoded’ to ‘General Rural – 10


Public comments are invited on the above proposed amendment to the LPS - No 9 Lot 5905 Cowalla Road, Wanerie within 42 days from the date of this letter (by 5 June 2024).

If you provide a submission, it must: 

  1. be made in writing and reference Amendment No. 25 to LPS 9;
  2. state the name and address of the person making the submission; and
  3. include a statement about the capacity in which the person makes the submission.


Submissions are to be directed to the Chief Executive Officer either by post to the Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, or by email to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au.
