$64,139 - $73,852 (pro rata)


The Shire has an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced person to join our Corporate Services team as Leasing Officer.

The Leasing Officer is responsible for managing all Shire property leases from commencement to finalisation to ensure optimal use and function of Shire land and buildings, and meeting priorities consistent with Shire policies and procedures.

This position also provides a responsive service to customers in the area of leasing and asset administration.

  • You have experience in property leasing and/or contract administration.
  • You are organised and can manage your time well to meet deadlines.
  • You are an excellent communicator and problem-solver.
  • You have highly developed administration skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You are willing to learn and flexible in your approach to work.

Previous experience in a similar role within local government will be highly regarded.
