The Shire of Gingin is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified professional to join our team as Manager Planning & Building.

The Manager Planning & Building oversees the smooth and efficient administration of the Shire’s Planning and Building divisions which includes the Shire’s Town Planning Scheme, and ensures compliance with statutory requirements and policies pertaining to Planning and Building Services in a local government context.

This integral role also provides support to the Executive Manager Regulatory & Development Services in the broader management of the Shire.
