Telstra will be upgrading its mobile base station in Lancelin East (Nilgen Road, Lancelin).
These improvement works will temporarily impact Telstra mobile coverage and performance in Lancelin and surrounds. Customers in the area are likely to experience reduced coverage and slower than usual data speeds.
- 29 October at 8:00am to 1 November 6:pm: There will be a continuous outage of all mobile services from this site.
- 2 November from 8:00am to 6:00pm: Customers may experience intermittent outages and reductions in performance while site testing is conducted.
Landline services, NBN internet services and mobile coverage from other providers will not be impacted. Any calls to Triple Zero from a Telstra mobile when the site is off air will automatically be diverted to any working mobile network for connection to emergency services.
