New Waste Collection Service Request Form

Complete this form if your property does not currently have a waste collection service.

• By completing this form you will receive both a general waste (red lid) bin and recycling (yellow lid) bin as part of the new service.
• Once ordered, the waste contractor will aim to deliver the new bins on the next collection day or as soon as possible.
• The cost of the new bins will be included on your next Rates Notice. Please refer to the Shire's Fees & Charges for the cost of the new bins.
• Tenants: requests for a new waste collection service must be authorised by the property owner or property agent/manager.
