The Shire of Gingin has received a development approval application for a Proposed Mixed Use Development (Motel, Chalets, Units, Tavern / Brewery and Alterations to Existing Restaurant & Caretakers Dwelling) on Lot 110 (64) Gingin Road, Lancelin.
- Proposed accommodation comprises of a motel, units and chalets.
- Conversion of the existing warehouse to a brewery/distillery.
- Internal alterations to the existing restaurant and dwelling.
- The proposal also includes various car parking area and landscaping areas.
Submissions in relation to the proposed development application should be made in writing and directed to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 or emailed to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au.
Closing date for submissions is 4.00pm, Tuesday 30 July 2024.
