One Tree Hill Reserve and Lot 7 Dewar Road, Gingin
The Shire of Gingin has previously entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a local community group to crop the “One Tree Hill Reserve” for fundraising purposes. This agreement is expiring and the Shire is now seeking Expressions of Interest from community groups to enter into a similar MOU for a period of three (3) years to crop both the One Tree Hill Reserve and the newly acquired Lot 7 Dewar Road, Granville.

The proposed three-year term is based on the anticipated cost to the successful group of preparing the properties. The successful group will be responsible for all necessary works and for ensuring that neighbouring properties and residents are not impacted by any activities.
A draft MOU will be available upon request for interested community groups to consider prior to making an application. All requests for a copy of the draft MOU and any general enquiries should be directed to Shire CEO, Aaron Cook on (08) 9575 5100 or mail@gingin.wa.gov.au.
Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing for the attention of the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 or emailed to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au. Alternatively, proposals may be delivered by hand to the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, 7 Brockman St, Gingin.
Deadline for submissions is 4.00pm, Friday 29 March 2024.
