Library E-Resources - Having Trouble Logging In?

If you are an existing member of Libby, Borrowbox, Hoopla, Kanopy and LOTE4 Kids, you may find that you have been logged out of your account, this is because of the implementation of our new library e-resources service 'Spydus'.

You will have to log back into your apps using your existing library card barcode as the username and your new allocated pin/password number which for the Gingin Library membership is 6503 and for the Lancelin Library membership the pin/password is 6044.

You will need to enter this new pin/password to log in to any of the library apps. Please note, this password is a single sign on password, which means the password will automatically change so that it remains the same across all of the apps.
