The Shire of Gingin has received a proposed Local Development Plan (LDP) to guide future development of the land specified below, and public comments are invited.

The proposed Local Development Plan addresses the following matters relating to the future development of the subject land:
- Building envelopes and setbacks
- Designated land application areas
- Fencing
- Vehicle access points (crossovers)

Submissions in relation to this proposal should be made in writing and directed to the Chief Executive Officer either by post to the Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 or by email to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au.
Submissions should be lodged within 21 days from the date of this notice (by 4.00pm, 28 July 2023).
