The Shire of Gingin and local volunteer bush fire brigades will be conducting a prescribed fuel reduction burn on Boonanarring Rd, Boonanarring, Tuesday 16 July 2024 (0930hrs – 1800hrs).
The
prescribed burn will be conducted under a prevailing North-Easterly breeze and it is anticipated that there will be minimal impact along Boonanarring Rd, however travellers are reminded to remain alert and drive to the conditions.

Whilst some inconvenience can be expected due to the associated smoke, the protection of our community from the threat of bushfire is essential.
If you have any concerns relating to effects of smoke, it is recommended you keep windows closed and remain indoors for the duration of this period.
