Proposal to Impose Differential Rates 2024-25

Pursuant to Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, in its budget for year ending 30 June 2025, the Shire of Gingin intends to impose differential general rates and different minimum rates as detailed below effective from 1 July 2024:

 A document describing the objects of and reasons for each proposed rate and minimum payment may be inspected at the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, 7 Brockman Street, Gingin or the Lancelin Office, 255 Vins Way, Lancelin between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
