The Shire of Gingin has received a proposed amendment of Local Planning Scheme No. 9 (LPS 9), that seeks to introduce an additional ‘Warehouse/Storage’ use over a portion of the below mentioned property, and public comments are invited.

Alternatively, to view the proposal in hard copy, please attend the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, located at 7 Brockman Street, Gingin or the Lancelin Office, 255 Vins Way, Lancelin during office hours.
Submissions must:
- be made in writing
- state the name and address of the person making the submission, and
- include a statement about the capacity in which the person makes the submission.
Comments on the proposal are to be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer either by post to the Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 or by email to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au on or before 4.00pm on Monday 28 April 2025.
