Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015
The Shire of Gingin invites comments in relation to an amendment to the Country Heights Local Development Plan (LDP).
The proposal seeks to reduce the minimum side setback from 20 metres to 10 metres. Additionally, the amendment provides further clarity to the Stocking Rates Guidelines and Permitted Volumes of Livestock for properties with Country Heights Estate.

To view the proposal in hard copy, please visit the Shire of Gingin Administration Centre, 7 Brockman Street, Gingin or the Lancelin Office, 255 Vins Way, Lancelin during office hours.
Comments should include the name and address of the person making the submission, the property affected, details of the submission, and be lodged by 4.00pm on Friday 4 April 2025.
Submissions in relation to this proposal should be made in writing and directed to the Chief Executive Officer either by post to the Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 or by email to mail@gingin.wa.gov.au.
