Further to queries we’ve received, please be advised that the number on your new waste facility pass will not match your property assessment number. For example, if your property assessment number is A9265, your waste facility pass may display something like A0576 – this number is a system generated number that is put onto the cards as a back up should the barcode not work.

But rest assured! The number on your pass is fully linked to your property assessment, so everything is properly connected behind the scenes.

For those who have not received your new waste facility pass yet, they are on their way. It is Christmas time and a busy time of year for everyone, including Australia Post.
