Wildlife On The Move!

It's that time of year... our wonderful wildlife is out and about!

The magpies are doing what they do best - protecting their young. Wear sunglasses and a wide brimmed hat, and if possible avoid known swooping areas.

Spring cleaning, firebreak installations and the usual developments throughout our Shire are bringing out a lot of critters - please be mindful of snake danger. If you think you have been bitten, please refer to the Snake Bite First Aid Fact Sheet:

Please be extra cautious whilst driving through the Shire and slow down if you see wildlife crossing the road.
